To bring your vision to life, we have three main phases.

  • A Tiega’s designed wedding or event begins with our team working closely with you to define the look and feel of your wedding or special event.

    With our special process, you get a clear visual representation of your wedding or event.

    Next, we source all the design elements. And, all you have to do is say yes or no.

    From catering to signage, linen to florals, lighting to entertainment, décor elements, furniture and more, every wedding and event is a collaboration of creative partners,

    We work on your behalf for a remarquable event your guests will always remember.

    Our approach will ensure that your entire event team is working from the ‘one script’ and that your event is perfectly designed and just the way you imagined it to be.

  • The Tiega Events experience doesn’t stop at design.

    In fact, a harmonious event, that is memorable for all the right reasons, requires careful attention to detail during the planning stage and that is what we deliver.

    From helping you to select the right venue, through to appointing, coordinating and supervising your other vendors, we do the heavy lifting of the planning and dig into the details (budgets, timelines, checklists, floor plans and more), so your event flows smoothly, from idea creation through to event execution.

  • On the day of your event or wedding, the Tiega Events team will be the first to arrive and the last to leave; meaning, our expert team will be on hand, to coordinate your event vendors, handle deliveries and supervise staging and installations.

    We will manage the set-up of your event décor and entertainment and working from a detailed event schedule, will handle all the logistics of the day.

Your investment

We work with a limited number of clients each year, to ensure each event gets our full attention.

Your investment is 13% of your overall wedding or event cost, with a minimum investment of 8,000€ for a single event and 10,000€ for multiple days’ event; as we take care of you from start to finish with planning, design and production management.

For large projects, we can arrange for a flat investment.

    Our minimum fee is 10,000€ for planning and design of 3+ events over a number of days

Meet & chat

During our consultation, we want to understand your story, your ideal event and what you need. If you are still unclear about what you want. That’s fine, we'll uncover it together.  This is our first “date” so we both need to figure out if we are a good fit.

Proposal

In a few days or more, depending on the complexity of your wedding or event, we will send you a personalised proposal.

Agreement & Contract

Once you say yes to the proposal, sign the contract and we have received the retainer fee, we can start creating your dream event.

Your Burning Questions

  • A destination wedding is simply an out-of-town wedding.

    Whether you need to take a flight out of the country or drive a few hours out of your city of residence, you are holding a destination wedding.

    Living in the US and getting married in France? That’s a destination wedding.

    Living in London and holding your wedding in Scotland? That’s also a destination wedding.

  • While we typically only offer full-service planning, design and production, we are always open to creative ideas outside our scope.

    Even though most of our clients are couples wanting to get married, we plan all types of events: corporates, retreats, elopements, engagement surprises, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers etc…

    Our focus is truly to plan & design events you and your guests will cherish and remember for a long time.

  • The cost of your wedding or event depends on how much you want to invest in it and the work required.

    Your budget is affected by various factors such as location, production, floral design, audiovisual needs, food and beverage, and the planning fee.

    Our events and weddings typically range from 800€ - 2000€ per person, with some events exceeding this range based on the design. 

    However, pricing isn't our primary concern; it's about creating an experience that makes you feel special. 

    We can work with your budget to design a tailored experience or provide budget projections to guide your investment decisions.

    We'll treat your budget as if it's our own, recognising that producing an event or wedding is a significant investment.

  • Your investment is 13% of your overall wedding or event cost, with a minimum fee of 8,000€.

    For weekend weddings and multiple days’ events, our minimum fee is 10,000€ for 3+events over multiple days.

    For very large weddings and events , we may apply only a flat investment.

    Your overall investment is made of a planning fee, a design fee, and a production management fee.

    What is not included:

    • Travel expenses for the lead planner and the team

    • Accommodation fees for the lead planner and the team

    • The labour cost for the wedding day management

    These extra charges will be determined depending the complexity of your wedding.

    They will be disclosed and discussed in advance for your approval.

  • Ideally we start planning your wedding 16 to 12 months prior to the wedding date.

    If you can’t wait to tie the knot then we can do it in 3 months or less.

    In fact, last minute weddings or events are our forte.

  • During the planning process, we’ll have unlimited communication via emails, phone calls and/or Skype/Zoom.

    We will of course arrange calls and Skype/Zoom sessions in advance so we can both benefit from them. We will adapt as much as possible to your availability.

  • We work with a limited number of clients each year to offer you the service you deserve.

    The week of your event/wedding and on the day, we will focus our full attention on your event.

    We do not work on multiple events the same week or day.

  • So far, we’ve had the privilege of organising weddings and events in the United-Kingdom, France and Cameroon. Who knows where we’ll land next?
